Who are Resi-Lets?
Haven't heard of us before?
Resi-Lets is Northumberlands largest Serviced Accommodation provider with over 150 rooms and 60 units - housing contractors, workers and holliday makers accross Northumberland for several years. We operate with high standards, always ensuring our guests and customers are priority.
What do we do?
We initialy started off as a small property delevopment team, renovating properties and repeating. Over the years this turned into something we loved, creating a real home out of what was first a wreck. Our slogan, 'Hotel Standards, Residential Living' fully encapsulates how we operate. Quality with the essence of home.
We branched out into the Serviced Accommodation sector after understanding our local areas suitability, usefullness and convinience. At first we secured contracts with local builders, contractors and businesses working in the area and working closely with them to refine our housing systems.
This then led to us refining our systems, operations and team to ensure all guest and customers are well catered for.
Why Us?
In other business ventures we have branched into Hospitality in the Restaurant industry - this is where we developed our genuine care for high standards and customers.
